L’Usine Le Loi

Located in District 1, just a couple of streets away from the Ben Tanh market and hidden between souvenirs shops, L’Usine feels very different from the surrounding area. L’Usine leaves the pushy vendors, the overstocked shops and the noise from the street behind the doors, and welcome you with a vintage but at the same time contemporary style which results very elegant.

L’Usine is a fashion boutique as well as an art gallery and a cafe, it doesn’t get more hipster than that!

The loft style cafe at the top floor is bright and airy with factory style furnitures and you can enjoy fresh tasty sandwiches, salads and delicious brunches. The coffee is excellent as well.

Far from cheap for Vietnamese standard, but still fair for the experience and the quality, L’Usine tend to be very busy. You find all sort of customers: backpackers enjoying a treat, business people, students and groups of young hip chatting away in front of a coffee.

The tables have different sizes and sits, so it’s easy to find the one that feels more comfortable for you.

The internet connection is excellent and there are few plugs around, which makes it even more perfect for a productive day in front of your laptop.
